The Brilliance BMW Dadong PDA is located on Xuansheng Road, Dadong District, Shenyang City. It is customized by Huatong Automotive Logistics Co., Ltd. for Brilliance BMW and is established in accordance with the overall planning and production capacity requirements of the new models of the Brilliance BMW Dadong factory and the newly expanded final assembly factory. The project covers an area of 260000 square meters and integrates multiple functions and services such as warehousing, maintenance, testing, and distribution, with a storage capacity of up to 10000 units.

This project is responsible for approximately 35% of the finished vehicle distribution business at the Brilliance-BMW Dadong Factory. With an annual throughput of around 200,000 vehicles, it serves as an important distribution center for the factory. The project is located 6 km in a straight line from the Brilliance-BMW Dadong Factory, with a driving distance of only 8 km, making it the closest storage center to a BMW production plant in the world. The project is only 2 km away from the Hui Shan Railway Freight Station, effectively reducing transportation costs for the company from the source and thus improving profitability. Vehicles distributed through PDA are sent via highways, railways, and shipping to more than 120 dealerships in Beijing, Tianjin, Henan, Hebei, Shandong, Inner Mongolia, and other provinces and cities, as well as Brilliance-BMW’s nationwide DDA network, making it a crucial distribution center for the Brilliance-BMW Dadong Factory.

The Shenyang Operations Center not only provides Brilliance-BMW  with integrated vehicle transportation services, but also covers the second-hand car business from Beijing to Liaoning Province. The Shenyang transportation system has two delivery and pick-up sites, namely the Brilliance-BMW Dadong PDA and the Huatong Tiexi Logistics Park, with an annual distribution volume of over 150,000 vehicles.
