2、Participate in internal management reviews, responsible for the internal review team leader and department heads. Track and verify the progress of rectification for non-compliant items identified during internal management reviews or compliance work.
3、Provide reasonable suggestions and feedback to optimize processes and systems in various departments and business units, with the aim of improving efficiency.
4、Assist supervisory leaders in identifying and evaluating operational risks of the company, and provide rationalization recommendations.
5、Responsible for conducting checks on basic behavioral requirements, such as the code of conduct, for employees in various departments and business units.
1、3 years or more of compliance or internal audit experience (not limited to solely financial direction).
2、Strong ability in legal logical thinking, analysis, handling, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
3、Familiarity with laws, regulations, and policies related to the company’s business.
4、Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree or above in quality and safety management are also within the recruitment scope.
