1. Assist the Legal Manager in handling legal affairs of the group, providing legal support for legal matters of various branches, projects, and cooperative units, and providing legal advice for the company's business management and decision-making.
2. Responsible for drafting and reviewing daily contracts, establishing and implementing standard contract templates, standardizing contract filing management, and supervising and tracking contract performance.
3. Prepare and compile legal documents and various legal files for the company, and provide legal support for discussions and negotiations of significant business contracts.
4. Responsible for handling company disputes, independently or in collaboration with legal professionals, representing the company in court proceedings, collecting evidence, preparing litigation materials, and conducting risk analysis.
5. Assist in establishing and maintaining the company's legal management system, establish supporting forms and workflows for legal work, promote functional departments to work in accordance with legal management systems and processes, facilitate legal compliance, and prevent and control operational risks.
6. Carry out legal training for the company, develop legal training programs, prepare training content and materials, and participate in company-arranged legal training.
7. Provide necessary legal consultation and guidance to management levels, functional departments, and subordinate companies.
8. Responsible for modifying and perfecting the annexes of labor contracts, mitigating company risks, and tracking and studying judicial interpretations of labor contracts by central and local governments, providing legal support to the HR department.
9. Participate in other routine legal affairs of the company.
10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
1、Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least three years of relevant work experience in the same position.
2、Proficient in resolving issues related to traffic accidents, labor disputes, work-related injuries, private lending, and commercial factoring disputes.
3、Proficient in legal research and retrieval, excellent written communication skills, and strong service orientation.
