In order to help everyone relax and enjoy themselves in the midst of busy work, as well as to enhance team cohesion, from October 23rd to October 24th, 2021, our company organized an outdoor team building activity with the theme of “Unity and Collaboration, Creating Outstanding Achievements”. The aim was to forge the team, build trust, promote team communication, strengthen teamwork, encourage everyone to take on responsibility, boldly challenge themselves, explore their potential, and further enhance the team’s combat effectiveness and cohesion, creating a united, enterprising, and passionate team.Team Building Groups:

Upon arrival at the team building base, under the guidance of the instructors, everyone was divided into 16 small groups to participate in the “Movie Experts” fun competition. Each group member actively participated in the competition, and the atmosphere was lively. The first-place group had the privilege of merging with other groups, ultimately forming eight outstanding teams.

1、Run, Huatong:

After a short lunch break, the eight teams embarked on the “Run, Huatong” themed challenge. Each team had to complete 15 fixed challenge tasks and random tasks assigned by the instructors within a set time. Each meticulously designed team building project ignited everyone’s interest and enthusiasm. During the overlapping team-building experiences, team members overcame each challenge through cooperation. After each project, everyone shared the joy of success and the passion of facing challenges together. Throughout the activity, everyone actively participated, faced difficulties head-on, boldly challenged themselves, cheered each other on, encouraged one another, overcame psychological barriers, and never gave up. Each training session was touching, and each touching moment came from the depths of our hearts.

2、Bonfire Party:

As night fell, the “bonfire” lit up, ushering in the long-awaited bonfire party. Despite the cold weather, it couldn’t dampen the enthusiasm of the participants. Led by the instructors, everyone danced together. During the “Life’s A and B Points” activity, participants showed off their talents and engaged in a dance battle with the instructors, fully demonstrating the multifaceted talents of Huatong employees. Towards the end, all Huatong employees gathered on the bonfire stage, joyfully dancing, and bringing the party to a climax.

3、Nascar Giant Painting:

On the second day of the activity, all employees participated in the creation of a “Nascar Giant Painting”. The members of the eight teams cooperated with each other and used brushes and paint to unleash their artistic abilities, creating an epic masterpiece. This painting carries significant meaning representing our corporate culture and enhanced employees’ sense of belonging during the process.

4、Award Ceremony:

Finally, after two days of competition, the top three teams based on the overall scores received first, second, and third prizes. An award ceremony was held on-site, bringing a perfect conclusion to this team-building activity.

These two days of team building not only enhanced interaction and communication among employees but also taught us the value of taking responsibility, strengthened our understanding of the power of teamwork, and emphasized the importance of communication, cooperation, cohesion, mutual encouragement, and adherence to group norms. All Huatong employees deeply experienced the sense of responsibility and mission of “Unity and Collaboration, Creating Outstanding Achievements”!
